Once again members of the Kettering Town playing and backroom staff intend to visit the Dolphin Ward at Kettering General Hospital this Easter. The club will welcome any donations of Easter Eggs for the children on the ward to take with us on our visit.
Any donations can be left in the club shop or at the club offices during opening hours and we encourage donations to be made by Thursday 1st April. The nurses, patients and the families at the Dolphin Ward really appreciate the donations to the children.

Football Club was formed in 1998 and in 2005 achieved the FA Charter Standard Development Award.
The Ladies and Girls section currently run seven junior teams between the ages of 9-16 yrs playing in the MDH Girls League and two Ladies teams, playing in the Eastern Region Women's League and the Northants County League.
Over the last three seasons the Club has seen 9 League Champions, 2 County Cup Champions and 2 League Cup Champions. The Under 13's team also has a prestigious sponsor in the form of The Poppies Trust.
Women's and girls' football continues to grow with more players competing in affiliated competition than any other team sport. There has been an increase in the number of players, clubs, leagues and competitions since 1993; the number of players has increased from 10,400 to over 150,000 today.
Sport England's Active People survey in 2008 highlighted that 260,000 women and 1.1 million girls play some form of football in England. There are 26 million females playing across the world, of which 4.1 million are playing affiliated football - this is a 54% growth since the year 2000.
